Meet Our Staff

Pastor Matt Baye

Hello, and welcome to Hope’s home on the web! My name is Matt Baye, and I am honored to serve as Hope’s pastor since 2016. I am originally from the area, growing up in Green Bay. I attended Concordia University Wisconsin, graduating in 2006. At Concordia, I met my wife Megan, and we were married in 2006. I studied for the ministry at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, receiving my M.Div. in 2010. From there, God called us to serve at St. Peter Lutheran Church and School in Macomb, MI for six wonderful years, where He blessed us with many wonderful friends, and best of all, our three children. In 2016, I received and accepted the call to serve at Hope.

My family and I count ourselves blessed to share life with God’s people here and to share the love and joy of Christ in De Pere. I invite you to learn more about what God is doing through our congregation by exploring the site or by reaching out to me directly. His richest blessings to you!

Mrs. Kim Ronsman

Most of you know me as the church secretary, taking care of the administrative needs of the congregation.  Outside of work, I am better known as a grandma to Jack and Henry, mom to Katy and Alex, and wife to Randy.  I am a lifelong resident of Green Bay and currently reside in Bellevue.  My church home is Our Saviour Lutheran Church.

I have a Business Administration degree from Lakeland College. In my spare time I enjoy reading, bicycling and traveling.  An occasional glass of wine and fine dining are my guilty pleasures.

My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, the day I spend with my grandchildren followed by our weekly family dinner. I am truly blessed.
